Each property is set up to accommodate a maximum number of guests, and only those included in the booking are permitted to stay. Our properties are intended for accommodation purposes only, therefore parties, events, and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited.
We kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum, particularly after 10:00pm, and that neighbours and nearby residents are always respected.
Please treat each property with care throughout your stay. Smoking is not permitted inside any Hosted Homes property. Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning that may be required, and we appreciate properties being left in a reasonable condition upon departure.
