Hosted Homes – Rates Information & Terms

Please review the following information before confirming your reservation.

Booking Terms

  • Rates are quoted in AUD and include GST where applicable.

  • Cleaning fees, where applicable, will be displayed at the time of booking.

  • Full booking details, house rules, and check-in information will be provided prior to arrival.

Short Stay Terms – Hosted Homes

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required prior to arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing by Hosted Homes.

2. Security & Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, breakages, or excessive cleaning costs incurred during their stay. Additional charges may apply where necessary.

3. Occupancy

Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Maximum occupancy limits must not be exceeded at any time.

4. Use of Property

The property is provided strictly for short-term accommodation purposes. Parties, events, gatherings, commercial activities, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

5. Noise & Neighbours

Guests must respect neighbouring properties and local community standards at all times. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

6. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and prior approval.

7. Cleanliness

Guests are expected to leave the property in a reasonable condition upon departure. Excessive cleaning requirements may result in additional cleaning fees.

8. Liability

Hosted Homes accepts no responsibility for any injury, accident, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during a guest's stay.

9. Agreement

By confirming a booking, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Hosted Homes – Public Holiday, Easter & Christmas Refund Policy

Public Holiday, Easter and Christmas/New Year Bookings

Due to exceptionally high demand during Public Holiday periods, Easter, Christmas, and New Year, all bookings made for these dates are subject to the following conditions:

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations, date changes, early departures, no-shows, or reductions in guest numbers.

  • Full payment remains payable regardless of the reason for cancellation.

  • In the event that Hosted Homes is able to rebook the cancelled dates, a partial refund or booking credit may be considered at the sole discretion of Hosted Homes; however, this is not guaranteed.

  • This policy applies to all reservations that include any portion of the Easter, Christmas/New Year period, or designated Public Holiday weekends.

By confirming a booking with Hosted Homes, guests acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

Hosted Homes reserves the right to amend these terms and policies from time to time. Any changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
